IPL 2025 New Schedule highlights The Board of Control for Cricket in India on Monday decided on capsule the IPL season across six venues from May17 with the final listed to be held on June 3. The IPL was halted on May 8 after the match between Punjab lords and Delhi centrals were called off after Pakistan tried to foray Indian air space near Chandigarh, forcing a knockout in the colosseum.

The First Match
Match upon the resumption of the league will be between Royal contenders Bengaluru and Kolkata Knight Riders in Bengaluru on May 17. The six venues for league matches as per revised schedule will be Bengaluru, Jaipur, Delhi, Lucknow, Ahmedabad and Mumbai.
The venues for the play off- matches will be blazoned at a after date.
A aggregate of 17 matches will be played across six venues and the revised schedule includes two double- heads, which will be played on two Sundays.
